After purchasing the customizable portrait, you will receive an email requesting some reference photos of your furry friend to be sent to me. Once I have received these, I will begin drawing. Approximately 1-2 weeks later, you will receive the portrait via email, with room for minor adjustments. Depending on the version you have purchased, I will either print it or send the portrait to you as a printable file.
