Shipping & Returns

Domestic delivery

I'll ship all orders within three working days of purchase date (unless otherwise stated). Your orders will be handled with PostNL.

Worldwide delivery

I ship worldwide. Please note that outside Europe, local import duties or customs fees may be charged upon receipt of the goods in your country. International orders may take up to 20 working days to be delivered (depending on the country).

General delivery information

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in good condition. Once an order is processed, the buyer will receive an order confirmation with track and trace. I will attempt to notify you of any unexpected delays. I am not responsible for late deliveries due to circumstances beyond my control or for undelivered/delayed parcels during transit due to incorrect address information.

Damaged delivery

Please if possible do not accept the package if it is damaged at delivery and contact me straight away. Make a photo of the damaged packaging and send it to info@macama.nl.

returns policy

If you're not happy with your goods, I will issue a replacement or refund it when your order is returned within 14 days of receipt in original and resealable condition. Please send me an email with the reason why you want to return your order and send it back, complete with original packaging. The refund will only be applicable for the returned goods, shipping will be at your own costs. I cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Once the returned product is received in good order, I will refund the amount within 2 working days.

Please note: custom made illustrations are not returnable.
